• Previous sales experience
• Love for clothing that celebrates feel‑good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear)
• Excellent listening skills to meet customer needs

• Provide customers with a warm welcome
• Help customers find what they’re looking for – answer questions, explain products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest alternatives
• Be available in the fitting room
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals (training provided)
• Manage sales floor when managers are absent
• Prepare, identify and arrange products to create a memorable shopping experience
• Maintain cleanliness of store and backstore
• Identify and highlight new products for customers
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions
• Apply policies and procedures of head office departments
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team

Permanent part‑time, hourly salary: $18.10–$19.25 per hour.
