Previous sales experience

Functionally bilingual (asset)
Responsibilities
Provide customers with a warm welcome
Help customers find what they’re looking for – answer questions, explain products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest alternatives
Be available in the fitting room
Meet and exceed personal sales goals (training provided)
Manage sales floor when managers are absent
Prepare, identify and arrange products to create a memorable shopping experience
Maintain cleanliness of store and backstore
Identify and highlight new products for customers
Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions
Apply policies and procedures of head office departments
Perform other duties as needed to support the team
Compensation and Employment
Permanent part‑time, hourly salary: $18.10–$19.25 per hour.
