Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

This role requires completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submission of the application.

Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

• Work a schedule that varies with business needs—including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

• Results‑oriented seller with demonstrated sales performance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Minimum 18 years of age and proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Flexible schedule: 4 hours per month during slower periods to ~12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support and ability to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

C $18.00–C $22.50 commensurate with experience.
