Step up your career in cannabis operations as Assistant Store Manager at BC Liquor Distribution Branch. This full-time role in Lower Mainland centers on leadership and revenue growth.
As the Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to manage the operations of a busy cannabis store. This includes developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and ensuring a high level of customer care. Additionally, you will be responsible for staff training and fostering a compliant, safe environment for all customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in store operational planning and budget development
• Control staffing costs and create work schedules
• Lead staff hiring and training efforts
• Analyze sales data to boost performance
• Manage store duties in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school diploma required
• Two years of supervisory experience in retail or similar
• Proven customer service and asset management skills
• Cannabis industry experience or education preferred
• Criminal record check completion required
