Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Associate ensures the store flows smoothly and the vibe remains strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and keep the floor full and fresh. From e‑commerce orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back‑of‑house retail experience (bonus if fashion‑related)
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized
• Proactive team player who takes ownership
• Customer‑first mindset – you know your work powers the experience
• Social media skills and tech‑savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus)
