Role Overview
Under the supervision of the store management team, you will assist and advise customers while working to maximize sales.
Responsibilities- Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store.
- Help customers find everything they’re looking for – answer questions, explain product quality, materials and technical features, and suggest other items they might like.
- Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room.
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals (training provided to help you reach them).
- Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to create a memorable shopping experience.
- Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and back‑store.
- Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with customers.
- Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions.
- Respect and apply the policies and procedures of various head‑office departments (training included).
- Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

Permanent, part-time
Hourly salary: $17.85 - $18.50
