Join the Save-On-Foods team as an Assistant Department Manager for the Deli in New Westminster, BC. This role focuses on team leadership and exceptional customer service in a community-focused environment.

You will assist in leading a motivated team at Save-On-Foods while promoting a culture of customer priority. Engage in training and development programs for team members and implement strategies informed by industry knowledge. Be available for 40 hours a week to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and lead deli team members

• Maintain a customer-first service culture

• Develop training programs and recognition systems

• Relay important operational updates to the team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service

• Valid Food Safe Certification required
