In this role, you will manage store operations, reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Your ability to connect with customers and motivate team members will strengthen the store’s performance. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, and upholding high store standards to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage opening and closing operations promptly
• Drive sales by leading and energizing the floor
• Engage with customers using strong product knowledge
• Provide feedback and support to Sales Associates
• Ensure the store is merchandised and organized
Requirements:
• Retail experience required, Key Holder preferred
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Weekend and evening availability essential
• Visual merchandising experience is a significant bonus
