Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) – The role of the Flexible Sales Associate is to deliver a world‑class experience, surpass sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

The Flexible Sales Associate works during peak hours — evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches — and supports store operations.

• Maintain flexible working hours, with increased availability during peak times and ability to adjust to varying schedules.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller who can demonstrate strong sales performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on care.
• Ability to charm and captivate audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years; able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Flexible schedule ranging from 4 hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support and ability to step in during high‑traffic times or special events.

$18.00 per hour – $22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
