Part Time Brand Ambassador at AEO

Join AEO in Burnaby, BC as a part-time Brand Ambassador. You'll create outstanding shopping experiences while promoting AEO and Aerie products to guests.

Your role focuses on utilizing the AEO Selling Model to engage customers and instill brand loyalty. You'll provide insights into products, introduce the loyalty program, and adapt your skills to various store roles as needed. Maintaining integrity by adhering to company policies is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AEO Selling Model to engage guests

• Provide product education about AEO and Aerie

• Introduce guests to the loyalty program

• Adapt roles between Sales floor, Fitting Room, and Cash & Wrap

• Address and resolve guest concerns proactively
Requirements:

• Passion for interacting with customers

• High energy and multitasking abilities

• Adaptable availability during evenings and weekends

• Retail experience is beneficial

• Must be at least 16 years old
