Your role combines engaging customer service with essential stock management duties.
This position is integral to the store’s success, focusing on fast, friendly service while handling truck unloading and merchandising. You will be responsible for helping customers find what they need and ensuring stock is well-organized and presents well in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and solutions to customers in-store
• Complete transactions quickly at the checkout
• Promote customer engagement through reward programs
• Participate in unloading trucks and restocking shelves
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store standards
Requirements:
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to work on your feet and lift heavy items
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork
