Join the dedicated team at Michaels, where your role as a Customer Service Team Member focuses on delivering friendly support to shoppers and ensuring efficient store operations. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with their shopping, managing cash transactions, and engaging with them about loyalty programs. You will also contribute to store organization and participate in various stocking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help customers locate products and provide tailored solutions
• Provide efficient and friendly checkout experiences
• Enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking processes
• Maintain merchandise recovery standards across the store
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn about store operations
• Commitment to upholding company standards
