In this role, you’ll become an ambassador for the Nespresso brand, engaging with customers and using your knowledge to drive sales. You will participate in daily briefings and coaching sessions to enhance your understanding of store objectives and upselling opportunities. This position emphasizes customer interactions, brand messaging, and sustainability education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in daily briefings and align on objectives
• Engage effectively with customers to enhance brand experience
• Utilize product knowledge to drive sales and service
• Educate customers on Nespresso’s sustainability mission
• Work collaboratively to achieve individual and store sales targets
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in retail or sales environment
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Comfortable lifting up to 23 kg
• Passionate about coffee and eager to learn
