Your role is to enhance guest experiences and promote brand loyalty with every interaction.
As an ambassador, you’ll be at the frontline, engaging with customers through the AEO Selling Model and sharing your passion for AE and Aerie products. Contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere across different store areas will be key to your success, ensuring every guest feels valued and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the AEO Selling Model with every guest
• Educate shoppers on product details and options
• Promote the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically
• Flexibly work in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Fitting Room
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy
Requirements:
• Highly sociable and passionate about customer service
• Energetic with multitasking skills
• Retail knowledge preferred
• Available to work during peak shopping hours
• Age requirement: 16 years or older
