In this part-time Sales Associate role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and represent Swatch's core values. You’ll engage with customers, leveraging your sales expertise to exceed targets, while also supporting daily operations and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can communicate clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and address customer inquiries

• Meet and surpass sales targets through effective engagement

• Assist in managing inventory and processing transactions

• Uphold store’s visual merchandising guidelines

• Follow safety standards in the workplace

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in fashion or accessories

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Results-oriented with high energy

• Strong ability to collaborate and work independently

• Capable of lifting and handling up to 35 lbs
