• Tailor solutions to enhance the retail experience by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our products
• Drive sales delivery by finding opportunities, anticipating customer needs, and meeting sales targets
• Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls and texts) to grow sales and drive customer retention
• Represent Rogers and Fido brands in‑store and at local community events

• Experience building strong connections with customers and team members through clear communication
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets through exceptional service, product knowledge, and upselling
• Capacity to adjust quickly to changing situations and solve unexpected challenges in an agile environment
• Minimum 32 hours availability per week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
• Must pass a Canadian criminal record check and credit/background verification

Part‑time, variable shift. Regular contract.

Work location:

4700 Kingsway, Unit 1163 (5719), Burnaby, BC. Travel up to 100% may be required.
