AEO is looking for enthusiastic part-time Brand Ambassadors to foster brand loyalty at the Metropolis At Metrotown location. You will assist guests using the AEO Selling Model, share product knowledge, and seamlessly support various store areas. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and teamwork will shine as you navigate the Sales floor and Cash & Wrap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the AEO Selling Model for guest engagement

• Suggest relevant AE and Aerie products to customers

• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program

• Work across multiple store zones flexibly

• Address guest inquiries ensuring compliance with policies

Requirements:

• Love for interacting with people

• Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

• Previous retail experience is an asset

• Minimum age of 16 required

• Energetic, with multitasking skills
