Position: Part-Time Sales Lead at POP MART
Join POP MART as a part-time Sales Lead, where your expertise will help create exceptional in-store experiences across Canada. Focus on store operations, team supervision, and customer interaction.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations while driving sales performance and supporting marketing initiatives. Your leadership will facilitate an organized store environment and promote the global, trend-setting culture of POP MART. Additionally, you will mentor team members and support both visual merchandising and inventory management as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sales floor and motivate team members

• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards

• Lead in-store events and marketing activities

• Analyze sales data to enhance performance

• Support Robo Shop operations and staff as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience; supervisory preferred

• Strong customer engagement and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• High School Diploma required

• Must be 18 years of age or older
