Retail Services Lead at Sephora

Lead client engagement and team performance as a Retail Services Lead 'll be at the forefront of sales strategies across multiple beauty departments.

In this role, you will support the Sales Floor at Sephora, particularly in Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance. Responsible for ensuring adherence to Sephora's selling model, your presence will enhance customer interactions and drive sales. You'll also take part in maintaining visual merchandising and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Beauty Advisors in executing sales strategies effectively

• Ensure aesthetic merchandising aligns with company guidelines

• Interact with customers as the Manager on Duty

• Optimize staff zoning based on sales needs

• Assist in interviewing potential team members

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant retail environment

• Ability to impact peers with constructive feedback

• Excellent client service skills essential

• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
