Position: Full Time Assistant Store Manager
Lead a passionate team as a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at The Body Shop in Burnaby, BC. Inspire retail excellence and enhance customer experience through effective team engagement and product knowledge.

In this role, you will partner with the Shop Manager to shape a customer-focused store experience. Your leadership will focus on driving sales, managing stock, and developing team members to reach their goals. A strong emphasis on problem-solving and effective communication is key to success.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to meet sales and performance targets

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
