Part Time Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a part time Customer Service Associate to enhance the shopping experience at Dollar Tree.

Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries and recommendations while managing register transactions. Additionally, you'll ensure the store remains well-stocked and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations

• Manage sales transactions and operate assigned cash register

• Maintain security of cash and company assets

• Unload merchandise and handle stock replenishment

• Keep the store clean and orderly, including bathrooms

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Retail or similar customer service experience preferred

• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. regularly

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
