RONA is seeking a Customer Service Associate dedicated to delivering top-notch service. You’ll manage special orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the store well-stocked. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries in-store and over the phone
• Prepare and confirm special orders with customers
• Monitor and maintain current product inventory levels
• Stay updated on promotional events and flyers
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge
Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to handle medium to heavy lifting
• Commitment to learning sales techniques
• Ability to keep the store organized and efficient
