Stage Manager, Stores
As a Stage Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client experience and service offerings within a specific Sephora store location. This role supports client service, sales floor standards, team leadership, and all service-related areas such as the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio and the store’s beauty classes. You will also be accountable for developing beauty advisors, senior artistry, and skincare roles.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage your team, overseeing daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio and ensuring coordinators and beauty studio staff are adequately trained and driving service delivery.
- Embrace innovation by training beauty advisors to effectively use technology innovations to enhance the in‑store experience.
- Manage the services online reservation system, including publishing advisor availability, class dates, and times, and ensuring staffing levels support smooth client flow.
- Execute training for all new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and sales model sessions.
- Support visual merchandising: maintain company‑standard sales floor visuals, keep the floor neat and organized, execute visual merchandising flips, and replenish inventory.
- Manage vendor relationships: ensure beauty advisors engage with store brands, brand representatives train and coach staff, and provide feedback on training effectiveness.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similarly sized store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams, attracting and identifying talented leaders who drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
- Work in a fragrance‑filled environment.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
The compensation range is CAD $54,800.00 – CAD $68,500.00. Additionally, employees may be eligible for performance‑based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives.
