We are seeking a Service Champion to live our purpose of Sharing our Passion for People and Spirits at our New Westminster location.

• Polished customer service skills with an interest in our products, specifically wine or craft beer, but also cider and spirits
• Enjoy helping others and building relationships with guests
• Retail or customer service experience
• A desire to continually learn
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
• Evening and weekend availability

• Assist customers with product selection and provide food pairing suggestions where appropriate
• Receive orders, unload pallets and stock the sales floor
• Educate guests about the product and what’s behind each bottle
• Maintain overall presentation of the store
• Process orders at the till and ensure an excellent in-store experience
• Complete warehouse duties (stocking shelves, stacking pallets, reorganizing the warehouse area)
