What You’ll Do:As the Floor Manager you will lead and support with client service, sales, overall productivity, visual merchandising, and people management functions of your store. You will support adherence to store and district goals, operational excellence, alignment with company concepts and culture to drive maximum profitability and compliance with company goals and priorities.
What You’re Responsible For:- Meet minimum sales requirements based on store volume
- Provide exceptional client experience by executing OAK+FORT Sales Culture
- Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and
- Ensure store team processes cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency,
- and accuracy
- Respond and appropriately resolve customer complaints and service opportunities
- Source top candidates to build a high performing team
- Support training and development of high performing staff to maximize productivity
- Provide timely feedback and active informal training to staff
- Ensure staff are adhering to OAK+FORT Sales Culture and service expectations
- Participate in execution of floor management
- Ensure the right quantity of stock is in the right place at the right time
- Maintain proper presentation of merchandise in accordance to corporate directives
- Oversee and participate in stock room set-up and organization
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to:

- Build constructive and effective relationships with the store team
- Present ideas and recommendations in a professional, organized and logical manner
- Retail leadership and/or key holder experience
- Experience in customer services, sales and clientelling

- Ability to communicate and coach effectively

- Focus on people development and career growth
- Present ideas and recommendations in a professional, organized, and logical manner
