Your role involves connecting with customers, utilizing the unique AEO Selling Model, and making every shopping experience better. You’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly across store zones while maintaining a commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests

• Educate customers about product features and benefits

• Introduce the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically

• Assist across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Solve guest problems while following company policy

Requirements:

• Passion for customer interaction

• Previous retail experience advantageous

• Must be available during evenings and weekends

• At least 16 years of age

• High energy and multitasking capability
