This full-time position supports the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales goals. You will train and coach staff, while ensuring customer satisfaction and protecting company assets. Your strong selling skills and ability to manage inventory will be essential as you create an engaging shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Store Manager with retail operations

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year retail management experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of POS systems for transactions
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and use a ladder
