Lead retail sales at Little Burgundy in Burnaby, supporting store operations, associate development, and customer service at Metropolis at Metrotown.
As Sales Lead, you will assist store management with daily operations and sales performance. You will help develop associates, provide coaching, and support Little Burgundy standards. The position also includes customer issue resolution, opening and closing duties, and loss prevention responsibilities when management is absent.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet store and personal sales goals and performance standards
- Train and develop a successful sales team
- Provide feedback, coaching, and employee accountability
- Perform opening and closing duties according to policy
- Manage daily operations during management’s absence
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced retail
- Completion of required Sales Lead training programs
- Availability for night and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand
