Lead lingerie and swimwear sales while opening and closing the store, using customer service skills in a retail environment. Help shoppers feel their best through informed product guidance.
As a Key Holder, you will advise customers, maximize sales potential, and manage the sales floor when managers are absent. You will explain product quality, materials, and technical features while recommending suitable items. The position includes fitting-room support, transaction processing, merchandising, and store upkeep. The company operates more than 275 stores across Canada and 18 countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers warmly and identify their shopping needs
- Explain lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear product features
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Open and close the store as required
- Manage the sales floor when managers are absent
- Previous sales experience
- Interest in lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear
- Customer-focused listening and service skills
- Proactive and conscientious approach
- Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
