As Country Manager, Canada, you will own the Canadian wholesale plan and revenue accountability. The role combines national account management, retail execution, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership. You will collaborate with sales operations, finance, demand planning, product management, and marketing teams to expand Polaroid’s footprint.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Polaroid’s Canadian commercial plan and wholesale growth
- Own strategic relationships with national retail accounts
- Negotiate joint business plans with senior buyers
- Direct forecasting, inventory strategies, and SKU transitions
- Activate retail programs and demonstrate products publicly
- Progressive sales and account management experience
- Consumer goods, electronics, or premium hardware retail background
- Multi-million-dollar national retail portfolio experience
- Deep Canadian retail relationships across major chains
- Strong retail math, financial modeling, and stakeholder influence
