Serve Roots customers through relationship building and exceptional service as a Retail Sales Associate in an inclusive Canadian lifestyle brand.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this Sales Associate promotes Roots values while developing customers for life. The work combines customer understanding, retail operations, cash handling, and merchandise presentation. You will support loyalty, resolve store-level issues, and contribute to store success through collaborative service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service with a customer-first attitude
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through relationships
- Resolve customer issues positively and promptly
- Complete point-of-sale transactions and merchandising tasks
- Maintain appealing presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping
- Retail experience, preferably in apparel
- Ability to develop strong customer relationships
- Understanding of cash handling and retail operations
- Excellent presentation skills in retail environments
- Self-starter with good judgment and friendly energy
