The Individual Plans team is expanding, and we are hiring two permanent Account Managers. You will be responsible for outbound sales, client follow-ups, and retention strategies to grow and preserve our individual portfolio. This position supports flexible working arrangements to help maintain work-life balance while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute outbound calls for new business acquisition
• Perform follow-up calls to existing clients and leads
• Facilitate the complete sales process for new applications
• Solve customer issues and elevate complaints effectively
• Update sales records accurately in the database
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of sales account management experience
• Obligation to obtain and maintain BC Life Insurance License
• Swift acquisition of necessary insurance licenses
• Maintain compliance with continuing education requirements
