Support prospective students as an Admissions Advisor at Sprott Shaw College in onsite Burnaby, BC, using communication and customer service skills. Some evenings and weekends are required.
This full time, shift based position promotes and explains Sprott Shaw College programs while supporting enrolment activities. You will handle inquiries, conduct admission interviews, and guide applicants through requirements and applications. The role also involves accurate program information, enrolment coordination, and ongoing student contact.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle calls, emails, walk-ins, and appointment scheduling
- Conduct admission interviews and follow up with prospective students
- Explain requirements, applications, curriculum, and career opportunities
- Review program materials, Ministry guidelines, reports, and PTIB information
- Coordinate enrolment tracking with financial services
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum one year sales or similar experience
- Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Results-driven, motivated, and target-oriented work style
