Build luxury beauty sales through expert product knowledge and extraordinary service as a Beauty Advisor at Holt Renfrew. Compensation includes commission.
The Beauty Advisor develops lasting customer relationships that increase sales, service, and loyalty. At Holt Renfrew, you will acquire new customers, develop existing clients, and retain loyal clients. You will share product expertise, support brand goals, and communicate with personal clients about events and merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver extraordinary service to every customer consistently
- Exceed personal and brand sales targets
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base
- Share expert product knowledge with selling teams
- Drive brand sales through marketing opportunities and events
- High school diploma
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Two or more years commission-based sales experience
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred
