Drive regional revenue growth across agency suppliers as Commercial Manager – West, using pricing analytics and customer activation to shape market plans.
At Arterra Wines Canada, this role leads commercial activation for an assigned portfolio across applicable regions. You will translate national brand and MAPPS strategies into regional plans while collaborating with Market Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and supplier teams. The work supports sustainable volume, value, and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop localized annual and long-term commercial strategies
- Own MAPPS guidelines and regional market coherency
- Optimize promotional trade investment across brands and regions
- Build performance reviews, action plans, and innovation business cases
- Deliver brand advocacy, training, tastings, and sales tools
- University degree and six to eight years of related experience
- Commercial, strategy, revenue growth management, or managerial background
- Pricing, promotion, portfolio planning, and financial analysis experience
- Ability to interpret data and recommend actions
- Strong collaboration, influence, communication, and relationship-management skills
