The Regional Manager, Distribution Sales leads commercial performance across protein categories and customer portfolios. This senior sales leader manages B.C. Interior selling and independent customers across British Columbia. The work connects customer needs with Maple Leaf capabilities through business planning, forecasting, and cross-functional execution.

• Lead selling efforts within the B.C. Interior
• Manage existing and new independent customers across British Columbia
• Deliver volume, sales, gross profit, and reporting objectives
• Develop joint customer business plans supporting Food service strategy
• Forecast budgets and control direct trade spend

• At least five years of progressive Food service sales experience
• University degree in business or related area
• Excellent business and financial acumen
• Deep industry and market knowledge
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
