The Property Patrol Associate provides a visible overnight presence at residential properties, focusing on safety through routine patrols, observation, and timely reporting of any irregularities. Job Description
The Property Patrol Associate conducts regular overnight patrols of residential properties, including common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces.
They monitor building conditions, identifying and documenting safety concerns, maintenance issues, and unusual activity.
The role focuses on early detection of irregularities such as leaks, unsecured access points, and potential hazards.
Associates maintain accurate, time-stamped patrol logs and prepare detailed incident reports for all notable observations.
They escalate issues promptly to site management, emergency lines, or emergency services as required.
The position emphasizes a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior while remaining non-confrontational.
Associates may engage briefly and respectfully with residents to gather information or de-escalate concerns.
The role is strictly observational, with no authority for enforcement, restraint, or contractor direction.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating towing, supporting site staff, and assisting with events when needed.
The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, reliability, and adherence to established protocols.
Shifts Available
Saturday and Sunday – 11:30pm to 7:30pm
Skills And Qualifications
Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset.
At least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is required.
Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and support staff.
Security License is required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior.
Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers.
Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.).

$25-$27 per hour
