In this role, you will be crucial in shaping the training landscape, focusing on critical areas such as emergency response, conflict de-escalation, and customer service. Collaborating with management, you'll customize programs to address specific site needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored training programs for diverse security teams
• Facilitate hands-on and scenario-based training sessions
• Conduct quality assurance audits for compliance
• Review incident reports for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
Requirements:
• 2 years minimum experience as a security instructor
• Experience in law enforcement or military is a plus
• Proven communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Valid driver’s license and background check clearance
