Paladin Risk Solutions is growing, and we are actively seeking qualified Risk Prevention Operators who currently hold valid Private Investigators licenses in BC for Labour Risk project work.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced labour risk investigator professionals who want flexible work while operating at the highest level of specialized labour risk evidence gathering services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide investigative (evidence gathering) work during labour disputes
• Maintain a calm, professional, and overt presence
• Represent Paladin Risk Solutions to the highest professional standard

Required Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Worker License, PI or PI under supervision
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Strong communication skills and situational awareness
• Ability to perform under pressure with sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

• Video evidence gathering experience
• Documentation and reporting
• Chain of custody protocols
