Your role includes conducting patrols and reporting any unusual activities or safety concerns.
This part-time position emphasizes observation and the maintenance of accurate incident reports while following established communication guidelines. You will be responsible for identifying safety issues and documenting conditions that require management attention, ensuring a secure environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out regular nightly patrols across residential facilities
• Identify and document safety and maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate patrol logs and incident reports
• Promptly escalate issues to site management
• Engage with residents respectfully when necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A valid security license is a must
• Experience with strata buildings is advantageous
• Capacity to work in various weather conditions
