Enterprise Risk Management - Risk Coordinator, Supply Chain; Night Shift

Overview

As the Risk Coordinator, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you support administration related to upholding standards of Product Security, Financial Security, People Security, and Property Security across Aritzia.

• Minimize the loss of merchandise
• Safeguard loss of financial assets
• Take industry-leading measures to protect our people, clients, and communities
• Ensure the security of our property and physical assets

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications (e.g., OFA Level II)
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s values, business, and people leadership principles
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• Ability to support overnight shift

Typical wage range $20–$40 CAD per hour. Final wage may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay is based on a pay‑for‑performance philosophy with additional gains from performance.
