Surveillance Investigator

Position: Xpera Surveillance Investigator Role
Join Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation as a part-time Surveillance Investigator. Conduct strategic investigations and uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity.

In this part-time role, you will report directly to the Investigations Manager and conduct covert investigations that align with client needs. Successful candidates are self-starters with a commitment to providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for executing investigative assignments and maintaining independence while focusing on quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed covert surveillance assignments

• Monitor timelines and budgets for efficiency

• Produce detailed, compliant reports as per Xpera standards

• Capture professional-quality video and photographic evidence

• Verify information or intelligence legally and confidentially

Requirements:

• 2 years of field surveillance experience preferred

• Valid Private Investigator Security License

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

• Familiarity with the Canadian legal system and insurance laws

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
