Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails

• Dispatch alarm response and emergency service calls

• Document incidents and create comprehensive reports

• Maintain calm in stressful and high-pressure situations

• Assist with various operational needs as required

Requirements:

• Experience in call center or dispatch roles

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems

• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
