The Property Patrol Associate is focused on maintaining safety and security through visible patrols at residential sites during the night. Responsibilities include monitoring for irregular activities, documenting issues in patrol logs, and notifying site management or emergency services when necessary. Your professionalism and keen attention to detail will support a positive living environment while fostering reliable communication with residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct overnight patrols of common areas and amenities
• Identify and document safety and maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate patrol logs and reports
• Promptly elevate concerns to management or emergency services
• Support site staff and assist with events as needed
Requirements:
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Security License required
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience with strata buildings is a plus
• Ability to handle various environmental conditions
