Xpera in Burnaby is looking for a Workplace Investigator who can thrive in dynamic environments and conduct comprehensive workplace investigations. Utilize your expertise to support organizational integrity and safety.
In this role, you will investigate workplace issues such as harassment and policy violations, using video recorded interviews and thorough document analysis. As a key member of the Xpera team, you will provide unbiased findings to clients while ensuring adherence to industry standards. The position involves occasional travel within British Columbia, making flexibility essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed interviews with involved parties
• Review and document collected evidence thoroughly
• Provide clear, unbiased reports of findings
• Maintain accurate case files and status updates
• Stay current on industry standards and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5-7 years in investigations
• Certification in investigative interviewing preferred
• Knowledge of insurance law is beneficial
• Valid Private Investigator License needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
