In this role, you will oversee mobile security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle patrols and alarm responses. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support patrol staff during shifts

• Train and coach staff on security protocols

• Conduct regular building patrols and alarm responses

• Handle communication between clients and security teams

• Ensure tools and vehicles are operational and reported

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a supervisory role

• 3+ years of experience in the security field

• BC Security Worker License is mandatory

• Valid First Aid Certification

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
