Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner focused on loss prevention strategies in a retail environment. In this role, you will conduct surveillance, utilize CCTV systems, and build relationships with law enforcement. Your efforts will directly impact minimizing theft and enhancing overall store safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance on sales floor and monitor CCTV

• Prepare incident reports on theft and merchandise recovery

• Train employees on loss prevention awareness

• Perform self-audits and communicate findings to management

• Partner with leadership to develop shrinkage prevention plans

Requirements:

• One year of retail loss prevention experience

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and conduct inspections
