Security and Loss Prevention Specialist

Become a critical part of Amazon's Worldwide Operations as a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist. This role focuses on protecting people, data, and property while managing crisis situations effectively.

As the SLP Specialist, you will lead security measures within a designated area. The role requires conducting investigations, analyzing vulnerabilities, and liaising with site leadership and external partners. You will contribute to loss prevention strategies and be responsible for compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations on theft, fraud, and incidents

• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigating actions

• Serve as subject matter expert on security issues

• Develop strategies for alarm reduction and diagnosis

• Perform regular audits and monitor system health

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of relevant Amazon experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in crisis management and incident mitigation

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work flexible hours
