In this full-time role, the Client Service Manager is integral to maintaining strong partnerships while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You will oversee guard operations and technology management, working closely with internal and external teams. This position requires strong leadership and effective communication skills as you lead the account management team and handle performance-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise and ensure communication with client stakeholders
• Act as an escalation point for contract issues
• Oversee employee deployments and work assignments
• Conduct risk assessments of client facilities
• Coordinate service scheduling per contractual requirements
Requirements:
• 10+ years of security industry experience
• 5+ years in guard operations management
• 3+ years in account management for government
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• Relevant post-secondary education in Security Management or Business
