Position: Supervisor for Mobile Security Operations

As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will play a key role in supervising mobile security staff and providing essential training in security protocols. You will oversee security operations, conduct patrols, and ensure the safety of clients while managing staff performance and emergencies. Your commitment to upholding SSRG's standards will create a secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and supervise mobile security staff on shifts

• Provide training on alarm investigations and patrol procedures

• Assist with emergency responses at client sites

• Conduct performance follow-ups and documentation

• Ensure operational tools and vehicles are maintained

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience

• Minimum 3 years in a security role

• Valid BC Security Worker License

• First Aid Certification (OFA Level
1)

• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License
